All products at The Inner Space Co are low-cost assistive technology (under $1,500) for daily living.Most are claimable under NDIS Core Supports - Consumables (Support Category 01_011) without requiring a complex AT assessment.

Ways to pay

At checkout, you might see a purple button that says Shop in purple.

This is Shopify’s fast and secure checkout option for people who already use Shop Pay.

You can pay in the usual way with your card, or choose Afterpay if it is available for your order.

Your tax invoice is emailed automatically after purchase.
Every product on our site includes its NDIS code on the invoice so you or your plan manager can claim it correctly.

Some items may sit under different support categories depending on the product and the participant’s circumstances.

Shipping is included in the price for all products - there is no extra shipping fee at checkout.

SELF-MANAGED PARTICIPANTS
You can purchase directly from our online store using your own payment method and then claim reimbursement from your NDIS portal.

  • Pay at checkout using card. Eligible customers may also see options such as Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay depending on their device and setup.

  • Your tax invoice is automatically emailed after purchase

  • Your invoice includes: our ABN, NDIS registration number, GST breakdown, product description and support item code 01_011

  • Submit your invoice and receipt to the NDIS myplace portal for reimbursement

PLAN-MANAGED PARTICIPANTS
You can purchase from our store and forward your invoice directly to your plan manager for processing.

  • Pay at checkout yourself, then forward your invoice to your plan manager

  • OR contact us before purchasing - we can provide a quote and pro-forma invoice for your plan manager to pre-approve

  • Plan managers typically process payments within 7–14 business days

NDIA-MANAGED PARTICIPANTS
