1. ABOUT THE INNER SPACE CO

The Inner Space Co is an Australian business and NDIS-registered assistive technology provider (RA 3083780588) offering low-cost daily living aids for NDIS participants and the broader community. We operate as an online store with Australia-wide delivery.

2. ORDERING

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including in the case of pricing errors or suspected fraud. You will be notified if your order cannot be fulfilled.

3. PRICING AND GST

All prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) at 10%. Your tax invoice will clearly state the GST component as required under Australian tax law. Our ABN is 54 114 295 501.

4. NDIS PURCHASING

Most products in our store are eligible for purchase under NDIS Core Supports — Consumables (low-cost assistive technology under $1,500). It is the participant's or plan manager's responsibility to confirm that a product is appropriate for their individual plan goals. We are happy to assist with any questions.

5. DELIVERY

We ship Australia-wide from Australian warehouses. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for most metro areas, and up to 12 business days for remote areas. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take care to ensure all product descriptions are accurate. However, product specifications (including dimensions, colours, or weight capacity) may vary slightly due to supplier updates. If a product does not match its description in a material way, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website - including product descriptions, photography, collection copy, and brand assets - belongs to The Inner Space Co and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
