By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. About The Inner Space Community

The Inner Space Community (trading as The Inner Space Co) is an Australian business and NDIS-registered assistive technology provider (RA 3083780588) based in Queensland, Australia.

We sell physical daily living aids and low-cost assistive technology products directly to customers through our online store. We do not operate as an affiliate, broker, or marketplace for third-party sellers. All products are sold and fulfilled by The Inner Space Community.

2. Ordering

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in the case of pricing errors or suspected fraud. You will be notified if your order cannot be fulfilled.

3. Pricing and GST

All prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (10%). Your tax invoice will clearly state the GST component. Our ABN is 54 114 295 501.

4. NDIS purchasing

Most products in our store are low-cost assistive technology items claimable under NDIS Core Supports — Consumables (support item code 01_011) for items under $1,500. It is the participant's or plan manager's responsibility to confirm that a product is appropriate for their individual plan goals.

5. Delivery

We ship Australia-wide from Australian warehouses and do not offer international shipping.

Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for metro areas and up to 12 business days for remote areas. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched.

6. Product information

We take care to ensure all product descriptions are accurate. Product specifications (including dimensions, colours, or weight capacity) may vary slightly due to supplier updates. If a product does not match its description in a material way, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including product descriptions, photography, collection copy, and brand assets — belongs to The Inner Space Community and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, The Inner Space Community is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through our store.

Our products are daily living aids — they are not medical devices and should not replace professional medical or therapeutic advice.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
