We ship all orders from Australian warehouses - no international shipping, no long overseas waits.

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

• Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra): 3–7 business days

• Regional and rural areas: 5–10 business days

• Remote areas (parts of WA, NT, Far North QLD): up to 12 business days

These are estimated timeframes based on our supplier network. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues or public holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is included in the displayed product price for most items - what you see is what you pay, including GST. For items where shipping is calculated separately, the cost will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this to follow your order through the courier's website.

Every order automatically generates a GST-inclusive tax invoice. Your invoice includes:
