Where we ship

We ship from Australian warehouses to all addresses across Australia. We do not offer international shipping.

Processing time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed.

Delivery timeframes

Destination Estimated delivery
Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra) 3–7 business days
Regional and rural areas 5–10 business days
Remote areas (parts of WA, NT, Far North QLD) Up to 12 business days

These are estimated timeframes. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues or public holidays.

Shipping costs

Free shipping is included in the listed price for all products. There is no extra shipping fee added at checkout — what you see on the product page is what you pay (including GST).

Important Note: There is no extra delivery charge for split parcels.
All bundles include carefully selected items that may be dispatched from different specialist warehouses. Your order may arrive in separate tracked parcels, but you will only pay once: shipping is free Australia-wide, with no additional delivery charge for extra parcels. All parcels are linked to the same order and invoice.

We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number is emailed to you. Use this to follow your order through the courier's website.

Every order automatically generates a GST-inclusive tax invoice that includes:

This invoice is emailed to you after purchase and is ready to forward to your plan manager.

Delivery issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@theinnerspaceco.com.au with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
