DELIVERY
We ship from Australian warehouses. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Metro areas: 3–7 business days
Regional: 5–10 business days
Remote areas (WA, NT, Far North QLD): up to 12 business days

All products include free shipping Australia-wide in the price.
You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched.

TAX INVOICES FOR NDIS
Every order includes a GST tax invoice with our ABN, NDIS registration number and support item code - ready to send straight to your plan manager.

RETURNS
We accept returns for items that:

Arrived damaged, faulty or different from the description
Are reported within 7 days of delivery
Have not been opened (for change-of-mind requests only)

To start a return, email hello@theinnerspaceco.com.au with your order number and reason.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Faulty/incorrect items: return shipping is covered by us.
Change-of-mind (if approved): return shipping is at the customer's cost.
