Wheelchair Abductor Cushion | Postural Support | NDIS AT
Keeps your legs in the right position - so your hips stay safe and your posture stays steady.
This abductor cushion sits between your legs to hold them apart in abduction while you're seated in your wheelchair.
It's especially important after hip surgery or for people with conditions that cause the legs to rotate inward. It also prevents sliding forward in the seat - a common posture issue for wheelchair users. Fits most wheelchair sizes with an adjustable buckle.
What's great about it:
· Leg abduction positioning: separates legs to prevent hip rotation, abduction and dislocation risk.
· Anti-slide function: keeps the user positioned securely in the seat - reduces slouching.
· Pressure redistribution: even weight spread across the seating surface.
· Premium foam: retains shape over time, gentle and soft on skin.
· Washable cover: machine or hand wash.
· Adjustable buckle: compatible with most manual and power wheelchair frames.
Specifications:
Width: 42 cm
Depth: 42 cm
Height (excl. abductor): 8 cm
Weight Capacity: 100 kg
